Unless otherwise agreed upon, this contract is binding on the subscriber on the contained herein on the date of signing of contract by the subscriber, his agent or authorized person, provided Dataline Online Infotech Inc., may cancel this contract if at a later date this contract and related account of such subscriber with Dataline Online Infotech Inc. is delinquent.

Dataline Online Infotech Inc., agree to exercise reasonable care that the copy and listings are correctly printed in each issue.  Proof copy of displays will only be shown to the subscriber and / signatory upon the receipt of the return request from the subscriber on or before the sales closing date, and subscriber and / signatory is responsible for the return of the proof copies to Dataline Online Infotech Inc., before the deadline shown on the correctness of the copy matter and / illustrations and any alterations made there in shall be limited to deletions or inclusions which may be made within furnished time must be acceptable to Dataline Online Infotech Inc., and that no specific posting or paging is  guaranteed and any item, it is further agreed that the name, address and telephone number of any subscriber and the classified headings used will confirm to the standard terms used by Dataline.

Dataline Online Infotech Inc., will be utmost care in avoiding errors and omission in printing.  However Dataline Online Infotech Inc., will not be responsible for any error / omission in printing.

In signing  this contract it is mutually agreed by the subscriber / signatory and Dataline Online Infotech Inc., that the signatory and Dataline Online Infotech Inc., that the signed contract constitutes a final agreement for which the signatory guarantees payment of the contract.  It is further agreed that the items described in this contract are to appear in the said are said to be appear in the said issue of the Dataline as described of this contract.

If the subscriber / signatory fails to make payments as set forth in this contract, Dataline Online Infotech Inc., reserves the right to refuse the accept further advertising.  If the subscriber / signatory is permitted by Dataline Online Infotech Inc., to pay the amount in installments and should any installments or any part therefore remain unpaid after due date the entire outstanding amount before payment immediately and the subscriber / signatory agrees to pay interest at the rate mentioned in brochure on the entire amount outstanding.

In case of display that are released through an accredited ad agency on behalf of their respective clients, the ad agency and the client are jointly and severally held liable for making the payment to Dataline Online Infotech Inc., towards their respective charges.

The subscriber and / signatory agrees to and does hereby indemnity the publishers of Dataline from all costs proceedings claims and description whatsoever ( including agency, solicitors fees, costs and court fees ) in the event that it becomes necessary for Dataline Online Infotech Inc., to institute or defend legal proceedings in the Courts subject to jurisdiction of respective City, State and Country.

Cancellation only against written instructions. No cancellation will be accepted after the sales closure date.

The signatory on behalf of the subscriber request Dataline Online Infotech Inc., to insert the before mentioned advertising items in the forthcoming issue of Dataline and agrees to pay the amounts shown promptly when due advertising is accepted in accordance with the terms of the contract.

A prepayment arrangement entitles your company to a discount of 5% from the regular price of your advertisement; If for any reason a charge against the card is rejected, you will be notified by telephone and billed for the regular cost of the advertisement at the time of publication.
